VaVa Design was founded in 2005 by Karen Leigh Shultz to provide beautiful, chic, and lasting clothing, home and garden products. The company was expanded in 2006 to include fashion as part of the company’s portfolio.  Our overall mission is to provide an extraordinary level of personal service and beauty with the products we sell, inside and outside of the home.

Our founder Karen Leigh, is an accomplished business woman and business leader. With several Fortune 100 and successful entrepreneurial companies behind her, Karen Leigh has turned her marketing, sales, and service experiences to start VaVa Design.

A 2006 graduate of Leadership Texas, Karen service on the board of American Youthworks and the Center for Child Protection. In 2005 she was named the Mentor of the Year by the Austin Chapter of the Association for Women in Communication.

With a long and successful career in marketing, public relations and sales, Karen Leigh started VaVa Design to satisfy her personal desire to create beautiful gardens, flowerpots, and home accessories for herself and a select number of friends. Adding Becoming a Worth Independent Sales Associate selling the Worthwear™ line, is a natural progression to fulfill her desire for beauty in all areas of our surroundings.
